Here is a really easy recipe for a home made salad dressing. Very low in calories but still big on taste, this is a dressing that can be used in any number of ways.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp. seasoning blend, salt free
1 tsp garlic powder
1 olive, green
1 tsp. Chia seed
Salt to taste
Everything goes into the blender at once and blend until smooth. Its fine to add some additional seasoning if you so choose. Chill and stir before serving.
